You are responsible for information you add to a pet profile. Keep emergency, contact, medication, allergy, vaccination, and other important information current and accurate.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use SmartTapply for fraud, impersonation, harassment, unlawful surveillance, unauthorized access, malicious code, interference with the service, or any illegal purpose.

4. QR and medal use

Do not intentionally copy, transfer, alter, or misuse a medal identity in a way that could confuse ownership or create a false pet identity.

5. Service availability

SmartTapply depends on internet connectivity, compatible devices, hosting infrastructure, third-party services, and readable QR/NFC components. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

6. No veterinary service

SmartTapply does not provide veterinary diagnosis, prescribing, or emergency veterinary care. Information stored or displayed through the platform must not replace advice from a qualified veterinarian.

7. Plans and paid features

Features vary by plan. Prices, validity periods, included features, and purchase terms should be reviewed at the time of purchase or activation.

8. Suspension or restriction

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, maintain security, comply with law, or address a serious violation of these terms.

9. Changes

SmartTapply features and these terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes should be reflected on this page or through an appropriate service notice.

10. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer or other mandatory law.
